Likely cut from Steuben or Dorflinger blanks. See the Corning Museum of Glass, online collection, for similar examples. "Rock Crystal" is a style of of copper-wheel engraving that, combined with polishing, gives glass objects the appearance of rock crystal.

This style was introduced by Thomas Webb & Sons of England in the 1870s. Water: 7 1/2" high, 3" diameter Wine: 6" high, 3.5" diameter. Condition: excellent, one water with inclusion near rim that looks like a chip has been ground out. The flattened, collar-like knob between the bowl and the stem, on the stem, or between the stem and the foot of a goblet.
