Brings a colorful, neo-pop look to the fine creations of the 248-year-old crystal house. The new stemware-and-vase collection features crystal designs with clear or colored-enamel bases. The colored stemware, includes blue water goblets, orange glasses for white wine, pink glasses for red wine, and yellow Champagne flutes.

Baccarat used an innovative glass-cutting technique to produce the lines pleated-, smooth-, and cut-crystal vases, which are available in a variety of diameters, heights, and colors. Has exhibited the collection entitled variations by Spanish-born designer and architect PatriciaUurquiola. He series of vases and glassware are a translation of rhythm and composition into functional entities.

Stackable forms of different diameters and heights are shaped using glass-cutting principles. To accentuate the patterned pleating and cuts, acid color hues have been added. The Patricia Urquiola Story: Born in northern Spain, Patricia Urquiola initially trained in architecture in Madrid. But she has spent the majority of her educational and professional career as a product designer in Italy. She trained under and worked with such renowned Italian designers as Achille Castiglioni and Vico Magistretti. In the early 1990s, while designing furniture with Urquiola at the De Padova furniture company, Magistretti encouraged her to always aspire to the highest professional standards at a worldwide level. Taking such advice to heart, it is to this level that Urquiola continually aims. Due to the nature of hand blown and hand cut crystal there will be slight variations from glass to glass.

All sizes are approximant and each glass may have a slight variation in weight. Air bubbles can appear in hand blown glass and are not considered a flaw. We sell many used items that have the typical day to day wear. Most are in GOOD USED to EXCELLENT Condition!! Pictures were taken of any major spots, cracks or chips.
