A fine and rare early 19th century American Federal / Empire Pittsburgh glass decanter of small proportions profusely cut decorated with the characteristic bulbous stopper and foot. Measures 9 1/2 tall overall. Good condition - a few small knocks including a small chip on the foot and one on the side - difficult to photograph.
