There is one image of a Straus tumbler in the "Malta" pattern that is very similar. And the motif is also used in early Maple City / Clark too. This is from the American Brilliant period (1870 to 1920's).
They fluoresce green for manganese for those who are interested. Condition: These are over 120 years old so its really nice for the age- I see no chips or fleabites around the top rim so it looks great. This is a very nice set. Usually they only come up in singles or pairs when you find them these days.
