Fostoria Glass Navarre Azure Blue Crystal Magnum Balloon Wine Goblet Beautiful

This is a beautiful rare piece. Fostoria did not produce many of these etched pattern blue wine magnums and they are a stunning addition to the dinner table or for drinks. The magnum's wide balloon feature allows your red wine to breathe and has an impressive look. No more of these were produced as Fostoria went out of business in the 1980s. The magnum is one of my favorites.

There is just something about holding and then drinking out of a nice sized glass of wine in the balloon magnum. Sadly, I also collected about 16 clear magnums, which currently I have 8 listed for sale. So yes, of all my Navarre, the magnums dominate my collection! Just in case you are wondering, I collected these over 35 years.

The blue magnum is much rarer than the clear, which is why there is a difference in the price. The magnum stands 7 1/8 inches tall Etch #6016. It holds an impressive 10 ounces, with about 3/4 inch to spare. However, most pours are to about halfway so that you get a standard glass of wine. I have added an additional photo which compares the different size, shapes and colors of the Fostoria wine glasses to better visualize these aspects.
